The Gormsey Parish Council is responsible for maintaining the leisure field and play equipment situated behind the school in Gormsey. This includes a play park for young children, an area for football with a goal post and picnic tables.
Oak Tree Playground is in Gormsey Town Council and as well as children's play equipment has adult exercise equipment.
The Parish are in the process of applying for a grant for new swings in the play area and hope that these will be installed in the new year.
The Allotment Plot is behind Stone Avenue in Gormsey.
